The Peninsula Health Care District (PHCD) follows a two-step grant application process.

  • Initially, organizations must submit a Letter of Interest (LOI). This first step allows PHCD to assess alignment with its funding priorities before inviting applicants to proceed further in the process.
  • If an organization is selected to move forward, it will receive an invitation to submit a full grant application.
